We cut the grass, clip the shrubs, trees and tidy flower beds.
Holiday Homes are designed for low maintenance but there are some areas which need attention. The patio area, your holiday home, pots and garden furniture are your responsibility but we can help you.
Our approved Contractors will come on park to carry out the following services, and then bill you direct. Please call into reception for an up to date price list and booking form which we will pass onto the provider.
Wash and Hand Polish (includes outside windows & storage Box)
Standard wash (includes outside windows & storage Box)
Paving Slabs & Steps
Front or side balcony (to be completed with any other service)
Special Offer – standard wash, paving slabs & 1 set of steps all on the same day
Gas Appliance service
This should be done annually by an approved Gas safe registered engineer.

Central Heating Boiler
All gas appliance – service (includes free antifreeze check)
A company called Full steam ahead will carry out carpet and upholstery cleaning. Estimates for the work can be arranged.
The team at Poston Mill will also carry out extra maintenance in or around your Holiday Home by arrangement through reception at a price to be agreed by both parties.
Interior window cleaning.
Spring clean inside by the Housekeeping staff.
We can also source, linen, curtains and blinds etc should the need arise.
